mkbasics.nl zoekt een Senior/coördinerend bedrijfsarts voor Haarlem/Amsterdam. Je leidt als coördinator bevorderlijke vitaliteit en arbeidsomstandigheden, met vrijheid in je eigen planning en verantwoordelijkheid voor verzuimreductie bij diverse opdrachtgevers.
Je stuurt 6–8 collega’s aan en werkt drie dagen als ervaren bedrijfsarts; de overige dagen ben je inspirator en supervisor. Daarnaast draag je bij aan inhoudelijke kwaliteitsverbetering en pitch andere Arbo Unie-diensten bij klanten.
