SIGRA zoekt een Afdelingsmanager SPK voor Kennemerland. Je geeft integraal leiding aan de SPK/IHT afdeling en bewaakt kwaliteit, personeel en bedrijfsvoering in een dynamische zorgomgeving.
Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan, onderhoudt regionale samenwerkingen en vertaalt beleid naar dagelijkse praktijk. Een HBO/WO-opleiding en aantoonbare GGZ-leidingservaring zijn vereist. Een jaarcontract voor 32–36 uur per week is geboden.
