Vluchtelingen Werk Nederland zoekt een arbeidscoach die het verschil maakt voor vluchtelingen en statushouders. Je begeleidt mensen naar meer zelfstandigheid en maatschappelijke deelname door samen hun mogelijkheden te onderzoeken, zoals stages, vrijwilligerswerk of een opleiding.
Je spreekt Nederlands op minimaal B1, luistert goed, durft door te vragen en denkt creatief mee om kansen te creëren. Je bouwt een netwerk op met werkgevers en opleidingsinstituten in een divers team.
