The Theta Chi Fraternity (Delta Rho) seeks a Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts for the Foundation Chapter, including annual giving, capital campaigns, and major gifts. The role requires strategic vision, independence, and team leadership to drive ambitious goals.
You will manage day-to-day fundraising operations, cultivate donor relationships, and partner with collegiate students to advance the Fraternity's mission.
