Position: Country Manager Benelux - E-Mobility (all genders)

What you will do

Are you passionate about shaping the future of e-mobility? We’re looking for a Country Manager Benelux to lead our expansion into this key market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and scaling our Benelux business unit, driving growth for our innovative SaaS platform, and positioning us as a trusted partner in the local e-mobility ecosystem.

  • Take the lead on implementing our market entry strategy for the Benelux region, aligning it with our company’s growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities, market trends, and strategic partnerships within the local e-mobility landscape
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key players - customers, partners, and industry regulators - to establish our brand as a trusted leader
  • Ensure smooth business operations by addressing market‑specific challenges, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fine‑tuning processes for efficiency
  • Work closely with our German headquarters and Centres of Excellence, sharing best practices and leveraging resources to accelerate growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and tailor our solutions to the unique needs of the Benelux market
  • Manage the Benelux P&L, ensuring financial targets are achieved and resources are used effectively
Your profile
  • Proven leadership experience in the Benelux e‑mobility industry, ideally with hands‑on responsibility for setting up or scaling a business unit
  • Strong SaaS experience with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, customer life cycles, and an active network of potential leads
  • Ability to develop and execute market expansion strategies while adapting quickly to change.
  • Demonstrated achievements in revenue growth, business development, and budget management.
  • Flexibility to travel across the Netherlands and occasionally to our German headquarters.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
