As a Partner Manager, you will build and grow AIMMS’ partner ecosystem with a clear focus on partner-sourced revenue, co-selling and partner enablement. You’ll own our existing ecosystem of a dozen implementation, consulting, and technology partners globally, and assess and actively manage their revenue potential to turn this portfolio of partners into a predictable, scalable growth engine. You’ll have the space to design how we work with partners, with plenty of trust, ownership, and close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and R&D.

This role is ideal if you enjoy combining commercial drive with ecosystem building. You’ll be the connector between AIMMS and our partners: defining how we work together, holding partners accountable, and turning partnerships into revenue and successful customer outcomes. You’ll step into an ecosystem that already generates revenue, and get to shape how it scales. In year one, you’ll focus on bringing structure and momentum to our existing partners and hitting ambitious partner-related ARR targets.

Over time, you’ll help expand our ecosystem into new industries and geographies, and potentially build a small partner team around you.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Drive Partner Revenue & Growth:
Own partner‑sourced ARR and partner‑influenced pipeline, and be accountable for forecasting, deal progression, and co‑selling with partners, as well as acquiring new partners to expand our ecosystem.

Orchestrate Partner Enablement:
Set up partner agreements, onboarding, and training so partners can successfully deliver AIMMS solutions.

Ensure Partner Success:
Coordinate smooth project delivery and support partners with complex engagements and migrations.

What Will Help You Thrive And Be Successful

5-10 years B2B SaaS Partner Management

Experience:

Proven track record in partner management, indirect sales, or ecosystem development.

Demonstrated Revenue Drive:
Success in generating indirect/partner-sourced revenue.

Complex Organizational

Experience:

Familiarity with large, international organizations and ability to make prioritization decisions.

Strong Commercial Acumen:
Comfortable with targets, forecasts, and pipeline management.

Structured Thinking:
Ability to bring order and rhythm to partner engagements.

Pragmatism & Follow‑through:
Balances short‑term wins with long‑term goals and executes reliably.

Technical/Analytical Affinity:
Ability to understand and discuss mathematical/technical concepts.

International & Travel Ready:
Comfortable operating globally with approximately 20% travel.
