At Benefit Cosmetics, we are looking for an eyebrow and beauty expert
!

The Brow & Beauty Expert is responsible for presenting and selling products. They also perform eyebrow treatments, including tinting, waxing, and shaping. Above all, the Brow & Beauty Expert is responsible for creating an unforgettable and positive customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement, performing brow treatments, and effectively presenting Benefit products, utilizing the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
• Participate in events at your counter, including new product launches.
• Communicate stock requirements (for treatments and sales).
• Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Your competencies and qualifications:

• You have proven experience in retail and/or customer contact (cosmetics experience preferred).
• You possess a strong passion for cosmetics and brow services, with a natural aptitude for sales.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task.
• You are proactive and comfortable engaging customers to drive sales ("traffic stopping").
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
• You are a dynamic, enterprising, and independent individual.
