Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a team responsible for providing accounting, administration and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed‑end registered products.
- Calculate net asset value(s) and disseminate financial and performance information to the investment advisor and their investors.
- Act as the primary fund accountant on multiple relationships, ensuring all fund accounting functions are completed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Record trade information, income/expense activity, and apply valuation of securities in the portfolio accounting system.
- Enter and reconcile all investor contributions and withdrawals in the partnership accounting system.
- Allocate fund‑level profits to individual investors for preparation and distribution of investor statements.
- Review and coordinate fund expense analysis and expense processing.
- Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business‑related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Two to five years of related experience, preferably in portfolio/partnership accounting.
- Advent Geneva knowledge a plus.
- Basic knowledge of financial investment products.
- Thorough knowledge in accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
Hybrid/flexible schedule: an in‑office expectation of three or more days per week with flexibility to work outside the office for the remaining days.

Pay Range: $92,140.00 – $ (based on the primary location; actual range may differ per location).
