A growing real estate investment management firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership focused on capital development and investor relations
. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will operate as a true business partner—anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior executives
  • Manage dynamic scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
  • Oversee communication flow and maintain accurate records and data in internal systems
  • Support investor engagement activities and related reporting needs
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services or investment management
  • Strong technical proficiency with productivity and CRM tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion

    Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
  • Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, or private markets
  • Familiarity with investment or financial terminology
  • Project management or process-improvement experience
