Office Assistant – Construction (Full-Time / Part-Time) Big Dog Construction is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily operations in a busy construction office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities- Answer phones, route calls, and greet customers
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field crews
- Data entry (work orders, invoices, job files)
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems
- Assist with customer updates, emails, and follow-ups
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks (as needed): invoices, receipts, vendor coordination
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Construction, HVAC, trades, or contractor office experience preferred but not required
