HVAC Estimating Administrator - Somerset, NJ
Unitemp has over 50 years of experience as the leading commercial and industrial HVAC project and service provider in the New Jersey and New York markets. We provide our clients with the heating, air conditioning and ventilation solutions to meet the needs of their facility and their people. We are looking for a skilled Estimating Administrator to provide administrative support to Managers and Estimators in the HVAC estimating department.
Responsibilities:- Obtain necessary information to generate and send proposal quotes in a timely manner
- Organize all contract documents and drawings for current bids
- Create and edit proposal letters and bid forms
- Assist estimators in engaging subcontractor and vendor quotations
- Maintain & send up-to-date documents throughout bid process to subs & vendors
- Prepare and transmit turn-over packages for awarded projects
- Proven experience as office administrator, coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience with construction project estimating is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
