Billing Coordinator
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Qualifications & Skills- Minimum of 3 years of billing experience within a law firm environment.
- Hands‑on experience with billing/accounting platforms such as Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with strong multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Adaptable and flexible, with willingness to work extended hours when needed.
