Billing Coordinator

Location: Hackensack, NJ

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of billing experience within a law firm environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with billing/accounting platforms such as Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with strong multitasking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with willingness to work extended hours when needed.
