Admin Assistant – Hackensack, NJ
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering phone calls and emails, interviewing candidates, and maintaining office organization.
Responsibilities- Screen calls and manage calendars.
- Arrange travel and prepare reports and financial data.
- Enforce office rules set by management.
- Handle paperwork: create, submit, scan, and file documents.
- Own transportation required.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday; shift to be determined.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.
Location:
Hackensack, New Jersey.
Shift: to be determined. Duration: part‑time or full‑time.
Pay:
Depends on experience.
