• Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle service needs
• Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly and accurately
• Prepare and review repair orders, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed
• Provide estimates for repairs and communicate costs and timelines to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
• Assist in promoting additional services and maintenance to customers

• Previous experience as an Auto Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry preferred
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
• Familiarity with CDK Service Management software is helpful
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
