Crane's Mill has a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Transition Coordinator at our West Caldwell community!

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training/

Certifications:

Required
:
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred
: BS/BA Degree in Communications and Marketing, or job-related experience.

Prior e xperience working in an Independent living and/or CCRC environment preferred.

  • 1. Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • 2. Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 3. Able to think and exercise independent judgment when responding to customer request in a timely manner.
  • 4. A self-starter, able to exercise discretion & independent judgment.
  • 5. An enthusiastic person with sincere compassion for the senior population.
  • 6. Professional appearance & proper phone etiquette without fail.
  • 8. Dependable & have flexibility with work hours.
  • 9. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills in promotion and maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals both internal and external to the Community.
  • 10. Must have "A SENSE OF HUMOR".
General Responsibilities
  • Encourages, participates, and actively contributes to the achievement of the department’s census goals.
  • Acts as a liaison during the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition of the new resident moving into the community.
  • Fulfills other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.
