Job Duties
  • Work closely w/ GM, division managers, and field technicians on daily admin issues.
  • Act as front-line company representative for all incoming calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule jobs for technicians across HVAC and fireplace divisions using the Field Edge CRM system.
  • Perform limited AP and AR responsibilities, including bill payment, receivables management, and incoming payment processing.
  • Communicate occasionally with suppliers and vendors.
  • Communicate frequently w/ division managers and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor fleet activities via GPS, to ensure that technicians are practicing safe driving and on schedule for appointments.
  • Practice excellent customer service skills to maintain our industry-leading online presence.
  • This position requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous CRM and/or dispatching experience is required.
  • Previous experience in a service company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) highly preferred but will train the right candidate.
  • Proficient or familiarity w/ Field Edge CRM platform is preferred.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes helpful but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.
  • Ability to interact with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ability to multi-task a must.


*** Some Saturdays, 10 am to 3 pm, are required during peak seasons.
