The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of commercial and residential construction projects, working closely with senior project leadership throughout all phases of construction. This role is responsible for managing project documentation and assisting in coordinating project execution across multiple diversified projects. Client Details Our client is a well-established general contractor based in Northern New Jersey, specializing in a mix of commercial and residential construction projects.

Description Assist Project Managers in overseeing multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure timely processing and project continuity Utilize Procore Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project schedules and budgets Assist with contract administration, procurement, and project reporting Participate in job site meetings and support field coordination efforts as needed Maintain organized and accurate project files and ensure compliance with contract documents MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
