Role SummaryWe are looking for a versatile Growth Marketer & Content Designer who lives at the intersection of digital content and real-world brand experiences. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who loves short-form video, understands social media subcultures, and is excited to take our brand to global trade shows and events.
Key Responsibilities1. Video & Creative Production
- Short-form Specialist:
Support the end-to-end production of high-impact content for You Tube, Instagram, and other platforms (Planning → Filming → Editing). - Ad Blueprinting:
Actively participate in scripting and storyboarding for digital and TV commercials, focusing on "scroll-stopping" hooks and clear CTAs. - Visual Design:
Create engaging visual assets for social media, email newsletters, and web banners.
2. Social Media & Growth Analytics
- Channel Operations:
Manage publishing schedules and foster community engagement across all platforms. - Performance Tracking:
Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, retention) and assist in translating data into creative improvements. - Trend Scouting:
Research emerging viral formats and cultural shifts to keep our content ahead of the curve.
3. Trade Show & Physical Activation
- Booth Coordination:
Support the planning of trade show layouts, including visual merchandising, signage, and physical marketing materials. - On-site Content:
Capture high-quality "live" event moments and repurpose them into real-time social updates and post-show recap assets.
- Experience:
0–3 years in content marketing, social media, or design (Internships and portfolio projects are highly valued). - Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, "idea-sharing" mindset. - Video Toolkit:
Familiarity with Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. - Design Toolkit:
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai), Figma, or Canva. - Data Literacy:
Basic understanding of social media metrics and performance tracking.
- Trade Show Savvy:
Previous exposure to exhibitions, trade shows, or offline brand events. - Social Management Tools:
Experience with scheduling/analytics platforms like Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. - Workflow Pro:
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Notion. - Creative Bravery:
The confidence to suggest fresh, unconventional ideas and participate in "blue-sky" brainstorming.
