Job ProfileAs a Full Time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Cape May Court House at the Cape May Court House Branch (1 COURT HOUSE SOUTH DENNIS RD, CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, NJ 08210). This branch is an in‑office location. PNC encourages candidates to connect with the recruiter and hiring manager to discuss workplace expectations, branch hours and shift details.

- Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives.
- Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
- Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring teller and branch operations run efficiently and accurately.
- Customer focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations and able to leverage that information to create customized customer solutions.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $39,520.00 – $48,400.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual experience. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
