Answer all incoming calls to the Medical Center's main telephone number and other types of inbound telephone service;
Respond to console alarms and report equipment malfunctions;
Activate S.D.C directory system and switch between PC keyboard and telephone console;
Provide caller-related assistance and information to internal and external callers;
Respond to all emergency calls including code calls
