Customer Service & Client Relations Specialist
Hackensack, NJ | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service professional who thrives on building strong relationships and keeping operations moving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with both customers and vendors, and staying organized across multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and Zoom communication
- Follow up with vendors to ensure all required paperwork and documentation is received on time
- Perform website audits on work orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to customers and team members
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain high service standards
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and virtual meetings)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable following up and holding vendors accountable
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively in an office setting
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Previous customer service or operations experience preferred
- Full-time, in-office position in Hackensack
