Position Title:

Client Relations Specialist Overview

A well-established mid-size law firm is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to act as a key point of contact for clients throughout their engagement. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, managing communications, and supporting case progression in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Provide timely, accurate updates regarding case status, next steps, and documentation needs
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups related to documentation, medical records, and case updates
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records within a case management/CRM system
  • Monitor and manage communication queues (calls, emails, tasks) to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on referrals and case handoffs
  • Escalate complex or sensitive client concerns appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and firm guidelines
  • Meet performance metrics including response times, call handling, and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in client services, call center, or professional services environment
  • Legal industry experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing high-volume calls and emails
  • Familiarity with CRM or case management systems preferred
  • Client-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
