- Educate clients on the importance of a healthy smile – clearly communicate long-term benefits of dental care.
- Guide clients through treatment acceptance – support patients in making informed decisions about care.
- Answer client inquiries with excellence – use strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to questions through various channels.
- Manage appointments effectively – optimize schedules to maintain smooth client flow and minimize wait times.
- Greet clients warmly – create a welcoming environment.
- Present necessary information and documentation – ensure clients have all needed information.
- Verify Insurance Eligibility – confirm policy usage, limitations, and follow up on benefits.
- Support dental staff – assist dentists and team members as needed.
- Maintain clean work environment – uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Embrace flexibility – handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required: High School or better.

- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across conversations, telephone, text, and email with patients, third-party vendors, and insurance companies
- 1 year experience: Customer Service and/or Sales experience
- Preferred: Ability to lift 25 pounds
