* POSITION OVERVIEW:

** Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as a Design Drafter. In this role, you will create accurate construction drawings and detailed technical plans that support our design and build projects. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of construction detailing and can translate design concepts into clear, buildable documentation.

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* · Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical details for landscape projects.
· Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to develop accurate plans.
· Create plans for grading, planting, irrigation, hardscape elements, and site improvements.
· Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
· Revise and update drawings based on project feedback and site conditions.
· Provide quantity takeoffs.
· Assist in project estimation.
· Write Proposals.
** QUALIFICATIONS*
* · Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
· Strong understanding of landscape construction materials and methods.
· Experience in creating detailed construction documents for landscape or civil projects.
· Ability to interpret design sketches and specifications into technical drawings.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Effective communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
