The Comprehensive Headache Center in the Department of Neurology at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC), a major academic medical center within the Hackensack Meridian Health system, is recruiting a full-time neurologist who has completed an accredited Headache Medicine fellowship and is BE/BC by ABPN & UCNS.

• Provide clinical care for headache and facial pain disorders as part of an interprofessional team.
• Teach medical students, residents, and graduate students.
• Engage in sponsored and investigator-initiated research (supported by three research coordinators).
• Collaborate with a center that includes two fellowship-trained headache specialists, one dedicated headache APN, neuropsychologists, and access to infusion, rehab, and dietitian services.
• Contribute to an individualized approach to diagnosing and treating patients with attention to health disparities.
• Partake in academic activities with faculty rank commensurate with experience at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.

• Center features a multidisciplinary team including 2 fellowship-trained headache specialists, 1 dedicated headache APN, 2 neuro-psychologists, infusion center access, rehab therapists, and dietitians.

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency. The minimum base salary for this position is $258,056. The posted rate is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay at the time of posting and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package.

The starting base salary is for informational purposes and not a guarantee of a specific offer. Final compensation may differ based on non-discriminatory factors including specialization, labor market data, experience, leadership, education and certifications, productivity, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and budget/grant funding.
