The Plastic Surgery Center, the flagship practice within the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA), is seeking a Board-Certified Derm Surgeon to join our high-volume, multi-specialty private practice in New Jersey.
This opportunity places you at the Jersey Shore, working alongside nationally recognized plastic and reconstructive surgeons with a high-volume, built-in referral base, dedicated modern aesthetic center, and state-of-the-art surgical infrastructure. Whether you’re completing your fellowship or are an experienced physician seeking a new opportunity, this position offers autonomy and support to build the practice you envision within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

- High-volume referral network from a large, multidisciplinary surgical practice
- On-site surgical infrastructure and advanced clinical support for complex cutaneous oncology and reconstruction
- Dedicated, modern aesthetic center within the practice to support cosmetic dermatology services
- Full marketing and referral management to support rapid growth
- Collaborative environment with nationally recognized plastic, reconstructive, and microvascular surgeons
- Flexibility to tailor your practice with a mix of Mohs surgery, dermatologic oncology, and cosmetic services
- Fellowship-Trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology
- Skilled in surgical and reconstructive dermatology, with interest in cosmetic dermatology a plus
- Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Seeking a long-term opportunity within a collaborative and innovative private practice
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $300K–$500K, with performance incentives; final offer based on qualifications, experience, and location
