Requirements  Hackensack University needs a Cognitive/Behavioral Neurologist to help fill in while they recruit for a full-time provider.
Outpatient need.  8a - 5p.
2-3 days a week for 8 hours.
Only interested in a physician at this time.  No APPs.
Must have Cognitive and/or Behavioral Neurology Fellowship. Dementia Fellowship highly requested.
Will be working with 2 other physicians directly and 30 indirectly.
No procedures required.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
How many patients on average will they see in an 8-hour day?  Various based on mix of new and follow up but assume 3-4 New patients and 6-8 follow up in a day.
Will they have support staff while working? Yes. MA, receptionist, front desk check in, partial APP support which is shared with other providers.
This is clinic only
Seeing ages 22 and older.  Most are geriatric.
Days are flexible but they need at least 4 days per week.
EMR is Epic
Typical cases seen are Alzheimers Dementia Parkinsons related dementia and cognitive impairment
