Job Summary- Plan and implement lessons aligned with grade level standards
- Utilize innovative approaches and instructional strategies
- Guide learning and maximize student potential
- Establish clear objectives that reflect the standards
- Use varied assessments to drive instruction
- Coordinate, assist and execute school-wide events
- Exhibit structured classroom management
- Willingly seek to become an integral part of the school's professional learning community
- Use a variety of instructional methodologies and curriculum resources
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate all students

Must have appropriate NJ certification.
