Job Summary:

- Utilize innovative approaches and instructional strategies
- Guide learning and maximize student potential
- Establish clear objectives that reflect the standards
- Use varied assessments to drive instruction
- Coordinate, assist and execute school-wide events
- Exhibitstructured classroom management
- Willingly seekto become an integral part of the school's professional learning community
- Use a variety of instructional methodologies and curriculum resources
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate all students
- Apply the school's mission and philosophy

Must have appropriate NJ certification
