Preschool Teacher Of The Deaf And Hard Of Hearing
The Board Of Education Is Seeking Applications For The School Year For The Following Position:
Preschool Teacher Of The Deaf And Hard Of Hearing (10 Months Certificated) Union Street School For The Deaf, Hip Hackensack
Qualifications:
- Possess A New Jersey Doe Certificate Preschool Teacher Of The Deaf And Hard Of Hearing:
Oral/Aural Or Total Communication (Or Willing To Obtain Tod Preschool Endorsement). - An New Jersey Doe Elementary Education Endorsement Required.
- Knowledge Of Avt Techniques And Sign Language Communication Preferred.
- Background Working With Hearing Impaired Students Preferred.
- Experience With Working With Deaf + (Multiply Disabled) Preferred.
- New Jersey Residence Within One (1) Year From Date Of Hire.
Compensation Rate/Range: $73,690 - $111,682
