Job Description
20 hrs / week
Compensation$36,000
RequirementsSomeone with a current seminary or teaching background or experience working with youth.
Responsibilities- Attend staff meetings once a week
- Oversee the teachers and curriculum for the 6th-12 grade youth group
- Plan and oversee FNF (Friday Night Fellowship)
- Plan and oversee youth events and outings
- Plan and oversee retreats and mission trips throughout the year
- Meet with youth and build relationships with families during the week
- Oversee the needs of the youth for two services 9:00 am and 11:00.
Work with full time pastors to come up with a spiritual formation plan for the youth group transition into college and young adulthood.
