Kindergarten Bilingual Ed/ ESL instruction for multilingual students of varying English Language proficiency levels. Plan and deliver standards-based instruction aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) and WIDA English Language Development Standards. Design and implement engaging lessons that integrate language and content objectives to develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Apply research-based practices in bilingual education, second language acquisition, literacy, and numeracy to support multilingual learners.

Differentiate instruction, scaffolds, and assessments to meet the academic, linguistic, and developmental needs of students with varying levels of English proficiency. Use formative and summative assessment data to monitor student progress, guide instruction, maintain accurate records, and communicate student growth. Foster a safe, inclusive, culturally responsive, and well-organized classroom that supports students' academic, social-emotional, and language development. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and resources to engage diverse learners and promote student independence.

Collaborate with families, colleagues, administrators, and support staff to promote student achievement and provide appropriate interventions. Supervise and provide direction to paraprofessionals to ensure effective classroom support and student success.

New Jersey Teacher of Elementary School, Bilingual/Bicultural, and ESL certification required. Experience teaching Bilingual Education or ESL preferred.
