Substituting is rewarding. We would love for you to join our team. Pay rate:- Substitute Teacher -$140/daily
- Substitute Teacher Long Term- $150/daily
- Substitute Paraprofessional -$17/hr
- Substitute Clerical - $16/hr
- Substitute Teacher - 30 College Credits + NJ Sub Cert
- Substitute Teacher
- Long Term - NJ CE, CEAS, Standard Teaching Cert or NJ Sub Certificate - Substitute Paraprofessional - 30 College Credits or Passed Parapro Exam
- Substitute Clerical
- High School Diploma
- Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
- Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees
- Assisting students on classroom topics/courses
- Building positive relationships
- Assigning or re-enforcing tasks and homework
- Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
- Assist in building a classroom environment that's conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students
- Adapt to the various learning styles of students
- For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
