Use a variety of instructional methodologies and curriculum resources. Differentiate instruction to accommodate all students. Exhibit warmth, kindness, and compassion. Use Teaching Strategies GOLD to drive instruction. Reflective and open to feedback.

Qualifications:

• NJ Preschool through Grade 3 certification
• Experience and demonstrated success with Applied Behavior Analysis
• Appropriate NJ Teaching certification required:
  Pre School to Grade 3
• Experience working with a diverse student population
• Experience and successful practice working with students and communicating with parents
• Demonstrated the ability to collaborate
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and writing
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues
• Multilingual a plus
