Parisian Beauty Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School is seeking a high-energy, passionate, and experienced Cosmetology Educator to join our growing team of industry leaders!

You will educate, inspire, motivate, and mentor our Future Professionals-students embarking on careers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll bring your creativity and expertise to deliver exceptional learning experiences through objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and engaging learning centers.

You'll help shape the next generation of beauty professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive learning environment
, combining classroom instruction with real-world, hands-on salon experiences.

The ideal candidate is alicensed professional educator with strong salon experience, enthusiasm for the Paul Mitchell culture and products

• Current
  NJ Cosmetology License (Required)
• Read, Write, Speak Spanish
• Prior
  instructional or teaching experience in a cosmetology school
• Salon experience with proven technical expertise in hair, skin, and makeup

• Excellent
  communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Skilled in team leadership
