We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead electromechanical product development initiatives from early definition through launch. This role partners closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope, and to quality expectations.

• Lead product development projects across the full lifecycle, from concept through production and release.
• Define and manage product requirements, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies against internal and external timelines.
• Act as a central point of communication across cross‑functional and global teams.
• Translate technical and electromechanical challenges into clear actions and recommendations for a broad stakeholder group.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, trade‑offs, and decision points.
• Support teams in a fast‑paced environment by removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum.

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or an engineering‑focused role.
• Experience delivering electromechanical products through complete development life cycles.
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing considerations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to CAD tools such as Solid Works or CREO is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
