Cloud Performance Engineer

7+ years of Experience in Performance Testing and Engineering

• Hands on experience with Thread Dumps, Heap Dumps Analysis (JMC/JFR experience a
• Ability to develop performance scripts independently using Load Runner, ALM/Performance Center or any other newer/older load testing tools.
• Ability to design, execute and analyze different Load, Stress, Break, Soak and Chaos testing scenarios.
• Hands‑on use of APM & other monitoring tools (e.g., App Dynamics, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana)
• Understanding of system internals and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• Solid programming skills in Python and Python libraries (e.g., Flask, Stream lit)
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning, batching).
• Having work experience in 'Service Virtualization'
• Have a complete understanding with hands‑on experience in all aspects of Performance Testing and Engineering duties
• Ability to determine bottlenecks using tool & analysis when facing application performance issues and reporting RCA to stakeholders.
