Betting Jobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a Sports Trader to join their team based in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities- Price, manage, and monitor pre-match and live sports markets for Mexico and Spain
- Adjust odds and limits in response to market movement, liabilities, and customer behaviour
- Manage sports book risk exposure and ensure margin targets are met
- Analyse betting patterns and identify irregular or suspicious activity
- Contribute to market and product optimization, including leagues, bet types, and promotions
- Work with internal teams to improve trading tools, processes, and automation
- Stay up to date with sporting events, league developments, and local market trends
- Proven experience as a Sports Trader within an iGaming or sports book environment
- Strong knowledge of Spanish and Mexican sports markets, especially football
- Experience with pre-match and/or in-play trading
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to make fast, confident decisions under pressure
- Experience trading LATAM markets
- Knowledge of player behaviour and local betting preferences
- Experience with automated or semi-automated trading tools
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
