and nurture solid relationships for collaboration and reporting with management as well as colleagues from parent organizations and associated companies. Look for and cultivate investment opportunities that promote profitable expansion within retail insurance brokering and captive reinsurance sectors. Support both HR and the CEO in attracting talent for Brokerage Producer positions. Grasp and aid in crafting Producer compensation strategies aimed at encouraging growth.

Collaborate with the CEO on formulating and executing business strategies. Ensure that financial objectives are in sync with the overarching business plan. Engage in budgeting and forecasting activities. Supervise the operations of Finance and Accounting. Define the strategy for cash flow alongside approaches for mergers and acquisitions. Implement and maintain internal financial controls. Partner with the General Counsel to address regulatory compliance issues.

Lead efforts in Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Provide specialized reporting for the President and CEO. Prepare financial statements and oversee the annual audit process.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution is essential. Vanilla A Master’s degreeំពេញ or CPA designation is desirable but not mandatory. Applicants must have at least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting,κόσ with specific work history in an insurance agency, Schwester brokerage, or carrier.
