We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Loan Partner/Loan Officer Assistant. This position supports our Loan Officers by communicating with clients and referral partners, gathering necessary documentation, preparing loan files, and ensuring a smooth process from application to closing.
The branch this Loan Partner will support is located in Egg Harbor, NJ. The role can be on‑site or remote.

Your role will be to assist Loan Officers with incoming applications, structuring loans, requesting documents, qualifying loans, and delivering timely and accurate communication to all parties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Duties- Assist Loan Officers in the preparation and completion of loan applications.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial documentation and information.
- Review and verify the accuracy of application information and loan documents.
- Qualify loans through AUS.
- Prepare loan files for submission to underwriting.
- Coordinate with various parties involved in the loan process – including clients, real estate agents, appraisers, and title companies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the loan process.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all loan transactions and client interactions.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan process.
- Stay informed about current industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ mortgage experience is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self‑started and a team player.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Encompass LOS experience is a must.
- Proficient with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, State Bond programs, and Renovation loan programs.
- Suitable home internet connection.
- College degree preferred.
