Our Client is seeking a motivated Private Client Financial Advisor to build and grow a high-quality wealth management practice focused on delivering personalized, holistic financial strategies. This role is ideal for an advisor who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and enjoys partnering with internal teams to meet the complex needs of clients.

• Develop and manage a tailored wealth management practice aligned with individual client goals
• Build, enhance, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive client introductions and engagement
• Proactively engage clients and prospects to promote comprehensive wealth management capabilities
• Grow existing relationships through strategic referrals and cross-partner collaboration
• Design customized financial plans based on client objectives, risk profiles, and life stages
• Leverage internal specialists and subject-matter experts to deliver integrated solutions including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning

• Active and valid Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses (or Series 66)
• Active Life, Health, and Variable Insurance licenses, or ability to obtain within a required onboarding period
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or within financial services
• Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and ongoing client relationship management
• Proven experience working in a collaborative, team-based financial institution environment
• Familiarity with advising high-net-worth individuals
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented, entrepreneurial setting
