Senior Recruiter - National Accounting and Finance Recruiting Division

Base pay range: $150,000–$200,000 per year.

Base salary $150,000 to $200,000; bonus 15–25% commensurate with experience.

• Manage and reconcile loan investments and debt facilities within Investran.
• Prepare and review fund-level forecasts, performance analyses, attribution reports and other ad‑hoc analytical deliverables.
• Oversee revenue‑related calculations and coordinate wire payments for management fees, incentive fees, and other firm income streams.
• Review fund legal documentation and support the development of processes, templates, and workflows for new fund launches.
• Partner with Investment and Operations teams to evaluate, refine, and improve internal reporting and investor‑facing materials.
• Assist in reviewing investor statements, quarterly investment communications and internal performance reporting.
