Tax Partner
Our client, a well‑established public accounting firm with 4 offices in New Jersey and 2 offices in Florida, is seeking a Tax Partner to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help lead and manage the firm’s tax practice, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee complex tax planning and compliance engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering proactive guidance on tax strategies, financial planning, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with other partners to set firm‑wide goals, drive business development, and promote growth initiatives.
