Wealth Management Coach (Director, Wealth Management Coach)

The Director, Wealth Management Coach enables client-facing Wealth Management associates to provide objective and comprehensive advice across the financial spectrum aligned with clients’ long‑term interests.

• Build and maintain close relationships with client‑facing Wealth Management associates.
• Coach and motivate associates to meet comprehensive client goals by identifying productivity enhancements and best practices.
• Collaborate with client‑facing leaders to develop coaching plans that influence behaviors supporting client‑centric and comprehensive sales practices.
• Educate associates on TIAA’s solutions and tools within the framework of TIAA’s Client Engagement Model.
• Participate as a keynote speaker at client seminars and join client meetings as an opportunity to coach or show‑coach associates.
• Act as a subject matter expert in financial planning concepts and demonstrate advanced proficiency in client lifecycle management to support associates.

• Education:

  5+ years required; 7+ years preferred.

• Licenses:
  Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State), multiple issuers required.

Base salary $160,000/yr – $170,000/yr, plus a competitive compensation package that may include incentive programs tied to performance.
