Job Title
Join a dynamic team supporting the launch and ongoing success of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will prepare exchange listing documentation, coordinate reporting requirements for new ETFs, oversee daily ETF file production, and serve as a key liaison between clients, business partners, and operational teams. You'll work closely with issuers, market makers, authorized participants, and other industry partners while serving as a trusted resource on ETF operations and industry developments. The ideal candidate brings experience in ETF operations, a solid understanding of the ETF create/redeem process, NSCC requirements, exchange listing rules, and knowledge of the legal, regulatory, and accounting principles that impact the ETF industry.
BasicQualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience
- Two to four years of experience directly related to ETF Operations; basket production, client onboarding or trade settlement
- General knowledge of NSCC eligibility requirements, capital markets and exchange listing rules
- Understanding of ETF create/redeem process
- Experience working directly with issuers, market makers, authorized participants and sub advisors
- General knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect the ETF industry and their clients
- Experience managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
