The ideal candidate is alicensed professional educatorwith strong salon/spa experience, enthusiasm for thePaul Mitchell culture and products, and a genuine dedication tostudent success. You are acollaborative team playerwho communicates with confidence, demonstrates professionalism, and serves as a positive role model for our Future Professionals.
We're looking for someone who thrives on teaching creative techniques,developing professional and soft skills, and helping others reach their full potential.
Skills / Competencies Required- CurrentNJ Cosmetology License(Required)
- Priorinstructional or teaching experience in a cosmetology school
- Salon/Spa experience with proven technical expertise in hair, skin, and makeup
- Strong leadership,mentorship, andcoachingabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivationalskills
- Skilled inteam leadership,student supervision, and outcome tracking
- Solidwork historywithverifiable references
- Demonstratesintegrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for education and the beauty industry
