Parisian Beauty Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School is seeking ahigh-energy, passionate, and experienced Cosmetology Educator to join our growing team of industry leaders!

As aLearning Leader, you will educate, inspire, motivate, and mentorour Future Professionals-students embarking on careers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll bring your creativity and expertise todeliver exceptional learning experiencesthroughobjective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and engaging learning centers.

You'll help shape the next generation of beauty professionals in adynamic, fast-paced, and supportive learning environment, combining classroom instruction with real-world, hands-on salon experiences.

The ideal candidate is alicensed professional educator with strong salon experience, enthusiasm for thePaul Mitchell culture and products, and a genuine dedication tostudent success. You are acollaborative team playerwho communicates with confidence, demonstrates professionalism, and serves as a positive role model for our Future Professionals.

We're looking for someone who thrives on teaching creative techniques,developing professional and soft skills, and helping others reach their full potential.
