- -1 [Nursing Assistant / Health Aide] As an Operations Technician at Hackensack Meridian Health, you'll:
Assist with environmental service duties;
Consistently use the patient identification band to confirm appropriate patient identifiers;
Consistently communicate with clinical team members prior to transporting a patient;
Transport patients safely throughout the hospital by the use of wheelchairs and with stretcher transports;
Transport specimens to the laboratory;
Transport equipment by picking up and delivering to assigned treatment or patient care areas as needed.
