Are you passionate about helping at-risk youth within LATINX & Hispanic families/communities create lasting change? This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new statewide initiative designed to strengthen families, improve communication, and keep children safely at home and in school.

As a Licensed Clinician, you’ll deliver a unique, evidence-based in-home therapy program that helps parents better support children and adolescents facing serious challenges — including suicidal ideations, acting out, substance use, and running away.

You’ll receive 1:1 training directly from a New Jersey State representative and play a key role in shaping this first-of-its-kind program as it expands statewide.

• Provide family-centered therapy in the home and community
• Help parents learn tools to reduce conflict and rebuild trust
• Support youth ages 6–17 to improve behavior, school performance, and relationships
• Collaborate closely with schools, community partners, and support networks
• Track progress and outcomes to ensure lasting success

• Be part of a brand-new, statewide launch focused on prevention and family healing
• Earn Clinical Supervision toward LPC or LCSW if applicable
• Receive personalized, 1:1 NJ State training and certification
• Fast-track your career with a clear path to Trainer and/or Lead Clinician roles
