Seeking an ABA Therapist or RBT for rewarding after school work in Bergen County
We are hiring a dedicated Behavior Therapist to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. Based in Hackensack, you'll serve families in New Milford, Hackensack, Teaneck, Bergenfield, and surrounding Bergen County communities.

- Provide one on one ABA therapy sessions in home settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction
- Collect data and track progress for each child
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and communicate with families
- RBT certification is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field OR experience working with children
- Reliable transportation for travel within Bergen County
- Passion for ABA and supporting children with autism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
